Complete moisture sealing
Complete moisture sealing is achieved by combining four seals: shell, peripheral, interfacial, and wire. Wire seal is accomplished by multiple ripple design.
Our connectors can operate in very harsh conditions with a temperature range of -55˚C to +125˚C.
Liquid-tight assembly
A resilient neoprene insulator and integrated rear wire sealing grommet guarantees a liquid-tight assembly. Crimp contacts that can be inserted from the rear of the connector are available. Solder contacts are permanently bonded into the insulator.
High-performance production & comprehensive testing
Flexcisst has a high-performance production facility and a comprehensive testing system for all connector systems. Our laboratory tests mechanical and electrical performance, product ageing, corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

MIL-DTL-5015 Series
MIL-DTL-5015 series connectors are used in very harsh environments. These connectors are originally designed as aerospace components and are popular as cost-effective, rugged commercial connectors. Hundreds of contact layouts are available, including common 2-pin connector, 3-pin connector, 4-pin connector, 12-pin connector and 16-pin connector types.

J29A Series
Straight plug connection, 9-66 pins, trapezoidal shell positioning, screw lock, matching stranded pin (twist needle), contact spacing 1.905mm, row spacing 1.65mm. There are various short circuit methods such as crimp, solder, straight printed boards, and curved printed boards. It is widely used for circuit connection of various electronic equipment such as aerospace, aviation, electronic computers, etc.
J30J Series
This product is in line with GJB2446 (MIL-DTL-83513). It is directly connected, small size, light weight, easy to use, and reliable in performance. The contact is a flexible Fried Dough Twists pin, rigid jack structure. Ten specifications are available, including 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, and 100 pins. It is widely used for circuit connection of various electronic equipment such as aerospace, aviation, electronic computers, etc.
